Everything you need to run recurring revenue

Built for field service companies that sell maintenance plans, memberships and service agreements. Every feature works on its own and connects to the tools you already run.

💳

Automated Billing

Recurring billing through your own Stripe account. Card customers are charged automatically. Invoice customers get a recurring invoice with a Pay Now link, and you mark bank transfers as paid.

📄

Digital Service Agreements

Customers e-sign before billing starts. Signed agreements are stored against the customer record in your dashboard.

⚙️

Flexible Plan Types

Charge automatically for monitoring or warranty plans, or include scheduled visits. You choose what fits each plan.

Member Perks

Define perks per plan. Shown in the customer portal, on the signed agreement, and on the ServiceM8 job card when that connector is on.

📅

Visit Schedule

Plans with visits build their own schedule. See what's due, mark visits complete, export to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, and get tomorrow's visits by email every morning.

🏠

Customer Portal

Members log in to see their plan, perks, visit history, and billing. Reduces support calls.

Up and running in 3 steps

No IT team required. Most businesses are live the same day.

01

Create your service plans

Set your price, visit frequency, and member perks. Templates are included so you can be selling in minutes, not days.

02

Enroll your customers

Import from Excel, CSV, Google Sheets or ServiceM8, or share a link for customers to self-enroll. They sign digitally, you get paid automatically.

03

It runs itself

Invoices go out, cards are charged, and due visits land on your schedule. Connect QuickBooks Online and paid invoices post to your books too. You focus on the work.

Connects to the tools you already run

Service Plan Pro works on its own. Connect these when you want the data to flow.

M8

ServiceM8

Sync your client list, have a job card appear in your dispatch board when a member visit is due, and log a payment note to the client diary every time a payment goes through.

Who is behind Service Plan Pro

A small, named team, so you know who you're dealing with before you hand over a customer list.

Service Plan Pro is built and run by ChanAutomation, a British Columbia, Canada consultancy that sets field service companies up on ServiceM8 and builds the automation around it. Kevin Chan, the founder, reads and answers the support email himself.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and settle into your own Stripe account, not ours. Service Plan Pro never stores card numbers. Your data lives in a Supabase Postgres database and the app runs on Vercel. When you connect QuickBooks Online or ServiceM8, the connection can be revoked from your side at any time.

The terms and privacy policy are written in plain English, and the documentation describes exactly what the product does and doesn't do. If something is unclear, ask before you sign up.
