These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Service Plan Pro, operated by Chan Automation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up or using Service Plan Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Plan Pro is a SaaS platform that helps field service businesses manage recurring memberships, automate billing via Stripe, and integrate with ServiceM8. We provide software tools — we are not a payment processor, accounting firm, or legal service.
Service Plan Pro connects to your ServiceM8 account via OAuth. By connecting your account, you authorise us to read client data, create job cards, and post notes to client diaries on your behalf. You can disconnect this at any time from your settings. We are not affiliated with ServiceM8 Pty Ltd.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you enter into Service Plan Pro. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data to third parties.
We aim to keep Service Plan Pro available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided by email. Response times vary by plan tier.
Service Plan Pro, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Chan Automation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for your business during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chan Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Service Plan Pro — including lost revenue, missed visits, or billing errors. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We are software tools, not your accountant or solicitor. Always verify that your billing and legal practices comply with local requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
